The staff especially for handling the phone calls from outsiders and sending/collecting documents for staff of back office from outsiders of a "W" hotel has quitted in mid-2007. And then, that hotel has not found the person for that post. It is difficult to imagine why a hotel cannot find a person to fullfil this post for that long period (Almost 1 year until now?). How come the recruitment policy of that hotel? The management only try to persudae the staff of back office to act as the part-time receptionist while they still need to fullfil their original busy work for so long time period without increasing the salary. (even it has placed the recruitment advertisement every month??)
